BEHAVIOURAL CONSULTANT

I CAN HELP YOU CHANGE YOUR CULTURE

Training isn't always the answer to a need for change - a shift in behaviours is.
Let me help you change your culture into what you want it to be.

MY APPROACH TO SUSTAINED CULTURE CHANGE

01

BEHAVIOUR 'IS' CULTURE

Culture is really not a wishy-washy thing. It is highly tangible, practical and real. It is how things are done in your organization. It is how people behave at work.

What feels right? What doesn't ? What is consistent, and what is not? What needs to change?

02

MY SELF

For your culture to change,
you must change first.

I work with leaders to identify what changes they need to make so they live the organizational culture in their own work.

03

MY TEAM

Leaders represent the culture of your organization. What you do, employees watch - and mimic.

What do you say?
How do you act?
What do you prioritize?
What do you measure?

04

MY BUSINESS

Leaders work across boundaries in the organization. Their behaviours  at the intersection of groups, functions and roles can create the business impact none of the individual components can.

How do you function at intersections within your organization?

Ravi Sonnad,

CEO , Enabling Leadership

At Enabling Leadership, we want our Managers to lead by example – live and breathe our culture. In the chaos of the pandemic, we were too busy running our program operations to spend time with our teams. Through December and January Shyam Sadasivan conducted three sessions for our Leadership team on “How to make the EL culture come alive”. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Shyam for putting the time and effort into conducting these sessions for us. He got us to work together in small teams, getting us to think about how we can take responsibility as a leadership team for building the culture in our organization. Shyam’s engaging style and ability to challenge and push us made the sessions very productive. At the same time, he was able to effectively facilitate dialogue and keep us on track so that we came away with concrete, implementable action items that we could hold each other accountable for. Shyam’s skills and experience make him an amazing coach and trainer, specially when it comes to helping managers realize the best. Thanks again Shyam, and I hope that we can continue to work with you on our journey of growth and development!
