Often described as a professional all-rounder, I bring an extensive global view of business. I have lived and worked in India, USA and the United Kingdom, and have led technology and business shifts in mobile technology that continue to define the future of work and business.

After completing my studies at BITS, Pilani and the University of Arizona, I began my career as an engineer in the Silicon Valley. Since then, I have enjoyed a diverse set of experiences across the technology, operations, commercial and human aspects of business. I've launched an award-winning Arm processor while in marketing, negotiated large commercial deals in Asia, delivered transformational business efficiencies and affected significant organisational changes. 

Emphasising personal and professional development, I'm passionate about facilitating experiences that help participants discover and realise their true potential. My current efforts involve focused development initiatives that facilitate significant organisational shifts. 

Over the years, my own development has been shaped as much by my friends and colleagues, as by my teachers and mentors. In my talks, I strive to create a space where not only are the audience listening to what I have to say, but are also feeling comfortable sharing experiences and learning with each other.
